Our own setup
Sessions run on infrastructure we control and configure ourselves. We do not route your meeting through a consumer app, and we do not resell anyone else's subscription.
People under obligation
Every interpreter who supervises a session is bound by a written confidentiality obligation. We sign your non-disclosure agreement before the first test call if you prefer yours.
Nothing kept unless you ask
Audio is processed live. A transcript is produced only when you request it, delivered to you, and deleted on our side on a schedule we agree with you.
Plain answers in writing
Ask how your audio is handled, where it is processed and for how long, and you get an answer in writing before you book, not a link to a policy.
Voice is personal data
A voice signature cannot be changed once copied. We treat the voices in your meeting as personal data and never use them for anything beyond the session.
Your materials stay yours
Agendas, slides and glossaries you send us are used to prepare your session and nothing else, and are deleted or returned when the engagement ends.
Our clients have included government agencies, defense contractors and companies whose meetings are not meant for anyone else's ears, and the service was built with them in mind. How exactly it works as well as it does is the one thing we keep to ourselves.
